Carly Rutledge (born 1979) is a statue in the Tales from the Tuckerverse. Carly lived in Stillsville and worked as a deputy. In April of 2009, one year after being rescued from being frozen for a whole year, Carly and the rest of Stillsville were frozen once again by Annabelle Carter and Isaac Carter using the Stillsville Camera. The next day Carly was frozen along with the rest of the town thanks to a spell from Hecate's Rituals. Disguised as a wax statue, Carly remains posed on Main Street.
