Chadwick Pillai (born 1988), sometimes called Chad, is a minor character in Spydoll Inc (series). A Houston police trainee, Chadwick deals in community outreach.
Biography[]
Chadwick was born in Harrow, UK, the youngest child of two doctors with Sashi Rao being his much older sister. When Chad was ten he entered a growth spurt, and it was around the same time that his family decided to move from Harrow to Houston, getting major positions at a local hospital. Chadwick himself ended up being a bit socially awkward, his height and general air of being foreign making it hard for him to make friends. None the less Chad was a decent asset for his school, being a capable chess player and a member of the basketball team. Carrying an air of empathy, Chad decided the best way to help people was become a police officer. Chad was also one of the few people who knew his sister was married to Delfina Rao.
Wanting to better help the community, Chadwick picked up sign language while training to be an officer. Assigned to Community Outreach when still a trainee, Chad ended up meeting Tia Walters after Trina Goldworth was kidnapped by King Cobra on behalf of Lanie Drago. Tia took Chadwick to meet Kyla Abonde, to whom he was immediately attracted. Taking the revelations about Spydoll Inc in stride, Chadwick helped Kyla raid Très Chic while making sure civilians weren't alerted. Kyla ended up hypnotized by Cobra but Chadwick was able to revive her by tickling, and after the incident the two planned to keep in contact, though their mutual attraction went unaddressed.
