Europol

Europol, the European Police Office, is the European Union's criminal intellgience agency, first going operational in 1999. Relatively small, it acts as a go between for local law enforcement and broader crimes that cover areas of the European Union, also working with third parties including Interpol, the International Temporal Enforcement Agency and countries like Canada, Russia, Croatia, Australia and Norway.
