Heather Douglas (born 1983) is a controlled character in The IT Files. She was originally a prostitute and con woman in Vancouver. The Paradise Foundation kidnapped her and turned her into a slave using a Type-7 Chip. Ryoshi Tenzo picked her as one of the few to leave with her and Scott Dawson when they abandoned the Foundation. With Utopia Towers Heather holds the position of front desk clerk, working mornings.
